Service Groups: Accounting

You can specify in your cash register settings under "Accounting" that certain revenues are posted to separate revenue accounts. This allows you to differentiate in your daily closing statements or in your DATEV export between services and sales goods or female and male revenues.
However, if you also want to differentiate between individual service or product categories, you can set the accounting in the product groups.

Cancellation Email

When a customer cancels their own appointment cancels or an employee deletes the appointment in the calendar, the customer receives a confirmation email. If you would like to set your own text for this email, you can do so.

The prerequisite for the customer to receive this message when an appointment is deleted by an employee is that the notification option in the calendar settings has been activated. With online cancellation by the customer, cancellation confirmations are always sent.

If you use the Belbo cash register system, you can record expenses and sell vouchers. These always have sequential numbers.

Create your own voucher design

In Belbo you can sell vouchers to your customers via the cash register and your own online voucher shop. We provide you with some colorful designs. If you want to use your own design, you can upload it to Belbo.

You can access this area via Settings > Vouchers > Voucher Design If this function is not activated, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".
