Everything about: Revenue & Reports

Target Revenue

The target revenue function is a powerful tool for performance improvement and revenue optimization. Through clear visualization in the calendar and automatic calculation of target values, it supports you in sustainably promoting the individual sales performance of your employees.

First, define the desired hourly revenue per employee. Based on the stored working hours, the system automatically calculates the corresponding daily revenue target. In the calendar, both the revenue resulting from scheduled appointments and the defined revenue target are then presented side by side for easy comparison.

Benefits of the Target Revenue Function

  • Increased motivation: Clear, measurable goals promote performance and initiative.
  • Transparency in daily work: Target and actual values are visible directly in the calendar.
  • Easy planning: Automatic calculation of daily targets saves time and reduces sources of error.
  • Promotion of additional sales: Employees are specifically encouraged to offer additional services or products.
  • Real-time performance overview: Progress can be continuously tracked and evaluated.

Best Practice

  • Set realistic but ambitious goals.
  • Check target values regularly and adjust them as needed.
  • Use the calendar's transparency for motivating feedback conversations.
  • Combine the target revenue function with sales promotions or incentives.

Commission calculator

With the commission calculator function, commissions for employees can be easily managed, calculated and evaluated.

Notes

  • Commissions are only calculated for employees for whom a commission rate has been previously entered.
  • Vouchers and cancellations are automatically taken into account in the calculation.
  • The function is currently under further development and will be expanded with additional features in the future.

Enabling the commission function

To use the commission calculator, first enable the function.

To do this, go to Settings in the menu. Check the box for "Commission function" and click Save. Only then will the additional menu items be available.

Viewing employee commissions

Under Employee Commissions you can see an overview of all employees.

The following is displayed here:

  • Percentages for services (DL %)
  • Commission thresholds and payout minimums
  • Sales commissions (VK %)

This overview serves as a quick check of the current settings for each employee.

Setting employee-specific commission rates

To set the individual commission rates, click on the employee as follows:

Here you can set the commission rates, commission thresholds and the payout minimum. Here is a brief explanation of each field:
DL %: This percentage is applied to the commission on services.
DL Commission Threshold: From this amount onwards, the DL revenue is rewarded with commission.
DL Payout Minimum: Only when the DL commission amount exceeds this amount will it be shown and paid out.

VK %: This percentage is applied to the commission on product sales.
VK Payout Minimum: Only when the commission amount in VK exceeds this amount will it be shown and paid out.
VK Commission Threshold: From this amount onwards, the VK revenue is rewarded with commission.

View and export commissions

Under Overview you can retrieve the actual commissions for a specific period.

To do this, select the desired period (e.g. current month) and click Update.

In the table, commissions are listed for each employee broken down by:

  • Services
  • Sales
  • Voucher sales

If there are no commissions for the selected period, the message "No commissions" appears.

Setting general commission rates (function inactive)

In the Commission Rules section you can define general commission rates.

Here you have the option to enter different percentages for the following areas:

  • Services
  • Product sales
  • Voucher sales

Enter the desired values and save the settings.

Sales Bonus - Explained in Practice

You want to offer a bonus program in which the customer can collect points and then convert them into a discount once a certain number of points has been reached. Here you will learn how to do this.

Example:

  • Goal: You want to grant 1 point for every €15 of turnover.
Implementation: In this case, you need to divide 1 by 15 to get the factor for the points. Enter this value into the first field of the bonus program. Here you enter the value 0.066666. After saving, the decimal places may no longer be fully displayed.
Please note that if you save again, the decimal places will then disappear.
  • Goal: Each point should now be convertible into an amount. For example, 22 points should equal 15 euros.
Implementation: In this case, you need to divide 15 by 22 to get the redemption factor. Enter this value into the second field of the bonus program. Here you enter the value 0.68181.
  • Goal: You want to only allow redemption from a certain number of points onwards (e.g. 22).
Implementation: Enter the value 22 in the "Redeemable from minimum points" field.
  • Goal: You want to only allow redemption from €50 onwards.
Implementation: Divide 50 by the redemption factor (in this case 0.68181) and enter this rounded value in the "Redeemable from minimum points" field.
  • Goal: You want to limit the maximum point redemption. For example, you want to grant a maximum discount of €30 per appointment.
Implementation: Enter 30 in the "Maximum redeemable amount per appointment" field.
Here you can only enter round amounts.

Here you can see the values stored for the example above:

Note: Changes to the template of a bonus program do not affect bonus programs already issued/created for your customers. These must then be closed and started anew.

Key figures in the calendar

With the "Key Figures in Calendar" module, you can see the number of appointments made today and the total number of appointments for the next 4 weeks.

You can access this area via Settings > Key Figures in Calendar
If this function is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".

  • If you use the voucher shop, 3 instead of 2 numbers are displayed. The first number represents the number of vouchers sold online on today's calendar day.
  • The next number is the number of appointments created today (regardless of the date the appointment was made for)
  • The last number is the total number of customer appointments within the next 4 weeks
