Products: Suppliers

You can create suppliers to quickly and easily make product orders by email.

You can access this area via
Settings > Inventory Management > Suppliers.

Create suppliers

You can create a new supplier by clicking the + Supplier button and filling in the required data.

Edit or delete suppliers

To edit an existing supplier, you can simply click on the name and change the data.
To delete an existing supplier, click the gray cross in the row of the supplier you want to delete.

Add suppliers to an order

After you have created a new order, you can select the supplier who should receive the order.

Products: Product Manufacturers

You can create product manufacturers and assign them to your products. This allows you to organize your products by manufacturer in a clear overview and quickly and easily place orders.

You can access this area via Settings > Inventory Management
If this function is not activated, it can be enabled via "Settings > Add Function".

Create product manufacturers

In the product settings you can create a new manufacturer by selecting the + Product Manufacturer button and filling in the required information.

Edit or delete product manufacturers

To edit an existing product manufacturer, simply click on the name and modify the data.
To delete an existing product manufacturer, click on the gray cross in the row of the manufacturer you want to delete.

Assign manufacturers

Once you have created a manufacturer, you can assign it to your products. Select the desired product and enter the manufacturer name in the Properties submenu.

Sort products by manufacturer

Once you have created manufacturers and assigned your products to the correct manufacturer, you can sort your product overview by manufacturers.

Products: Orders

You can quickly and easily reorder products from your supplier via email.

You can access this area via Settings > Prices & Services > Products.

Prerequisites for ordering

  • Create product manufacturers.
  • Create suppliers.
  • Set a target inventory level for each product.

Create new order

Create order
To trigger a new order, click the Orders button in the product overview. Then select + Create order or click on one of the manufacturers.


Check products
Specify the supplier and, if applicable, the manufacturer and check the products to be ordered.
All products that have fallen below the target inventory level are automatically added. The number of products corresponds to the difference between the current inventory and the target inventory.


Edit or add products
If you want to order a different quantity of products than the automatically calculated one, you can click on the product and change the quantity.

If you want to reorder products that are not listed, select + Add line item and add the desired product.


Submit order
To send an order via email to the manufacturer, change the status to "Sent". You will find the order from now on under the submenu item Sent orders.

Receive order and add products

Record product receipt and check products
Once your order has arrived, you can mark the order as received. You can then check the items. For each product, select whether it has arrived or is missing.

Add delivered products to your inventory
To add the ordered products to your inventory after inspection, please open the received order and click on Order check complete. The products marked as received are automatically added to your inventory.
