Recommended Setup Order

If you're just starting out, we recommend this order:



  1. Add employees – so they appear in the calendar
  2. Set up schedule & working hours – when is who available?
  3. Add services and prices – what do you offer?
  4. Set opening hours – framework for the calendar
  5. Enable online booking – customers book around the clock (optional)

Calendar & Appointments

Enter an appointment

How to quickly enter a new appointment in the calendar – from employee selection to saving. → Go to article

Reschedule an appointment

Move an existing appointment via drag & drop or manually to a different time. → Go to article

Schedule

The schedule determines when which employee (and which resource such as cabins or equipment) is available for booking. Without entered working hours, no free slots will appear in the calendar and online booking.

Enter working hours for employees and resources on a weekly basis, account for breaks, and manage regular absences. → Go to article

Customer Service Requests in Chat

You can reach Belbo customer service via chat or email at info@belbo.com if you have any questions. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, we have compiled tips here so that our customer service team doesn't have to ask so many follow-up questions to understand your concern.

Helpful Additional Information

In general, we ask you to describe your request as specifically as possible. The following is always helpful:

  • Detailed description of the issue with exact names of customers, services, etc.
  • Take screenshots and attach them to your request
    (Instructions for screenshots: Mac · Windows)
  • If your company has multiple locations, we may need the name of the location in question.

Important: Using the Help Chat

  • One chat or one email conversation per request.
  • Please always send follow-up questions or responses in the respective chat or as a reply to the email conversation.


First, we would ask you to start a "new" chat for each topic. Once a request has been resolved for you, please always start a new chat for a new topic.

If you prefer to resolve your requests via email, try to separate different topics into different emails. Make sure to send follow-up questions or responses to the corresponding email and not write a new email, as this will lose the context of the original question.

This way your support requests stay clearly separated from each other and can be processed faster by us, and you will receive your answers more quickly. Thank you!

Trial Period and Belbo Contract

If you would like to become a Belbo customer, we will send you our terms and conditions. Before you have returned these signed, you will not receive any invoices from us. You can always find our current prices on our website.

How long is the contract term with Belbo?

Belbo has no long contract terms. Your Belbo contract only lasts as long as you want to use Belbo. You can cancel at any time with 2 weeks' notice to the end of the month.
By the way, you can also pause your contract with us if, for example, you cannot work for a while due to your parental leave.

I am testing the Belbo calendar

Invoice address or recipient is incorrect

When you create a Belbo test calendar, the name provided during registration is always used as the owner of the business. This is also the name listed in our terms and conditions. If you are not the authorized signatory in your company, please let us know briefly.

My terms and conditions contain prices for services I don't want at all

Our terms and conditions always list the prices for the cash register, calendar, or training. This does not mean that you must use these services. For example, if you only want to use the calendar, only this will be charged.
If you later want to use the cash system, the price will change by the amount listed in the terms and conditions. In the event of any price changes by us, you have the advantage that you always pay the price that is fixed in your terms and conditions.
You can also deactivate services you have used once (such as SMS delivery) at the beginning of each month. After that, this service will no longer be charged.

Belbo Calendar App

Your Belbo calendar is web-based and can therefore be accessed at any time from any internet-enabled device via a browser. For Android and Apple smartphones, there are also dedicated apps that you and your employees can install on your mobile phones.

You can create individual logins for your employees and, if desired, restrict access from mobile devices to essential functions.

Belbo Account

In this section you can view your contract documents and invoices, download your invoices and make SMS settings.

You can access this section via Settings > Account.

Billing Details

Here you will find your data for the invoice recipient, in case it differs from the address in your location settings.

(Germany & Austria only) You will find the contracts concluded with Belbo here.

Direct Debit

(Germany & Austria only) If you would like Belbo to collect the monthly fees by direct debit, you can download the form here, print it and fill it out. Please send a scan or a clearly legible mobile phone photo to info@belbo.com.

Invoices

In the account settings of your Belbo access you will find all invoices issued. These are automatically sent to you at the end of each month. However, you can also download them at any time in this section for your records.

Billing Settings

The amount of your invoices is based on the number of your employees. In the employee billing you can see which of your employees are being charged.
