Create shift schedule

To create a duty roster, first enter your employees:

  • Add employees

    Now go to the duty roster.
  2. 2
    Select the week in the horizontally arranged calendar for which you want to create the new duty roster.
  3. 3
    Click on the desired employee – an input form opens with the previously selected week.
  4. 4
    Enter the working hours or regular absences (e.g. vocational school).
  5. 5
    If you want to enter a break, select "Other working hours" instead of the preset working times and enter the time until the break begins.
  6. 6
    Then click on the green plus sign, select "Create new break" and enter the corresponding time.
  7. 7
    Click on the green plus sign again to enter the working time after the break.
  8. 8
    In the same way, also enter the working times for your rooms and equipment (e.g. beds, workstations, cabins, EMS devices, etc.).
