First Steps

Welcome! To make your start as easy as possible, we have usually already populated your access with demo employees, services and appointments. To facilitate your regular start, we have compiled here which steps you need to take next to start using the calendar.

1. Create employees
Delete any existing employees and then add your employees and resources.

2. Create shift schedule
In order to view the availability of employees in the calendar, you must first define your shift schedules. Here you can define shift plans and repeat working hours. [box title="Tip" align="left"]Before you set the working hours, it is best to first set your holiday configuration in the Holidays section so that all days are automatically freed up.[/box]

3. Create services
To have all offered services directly selectable when entering appointments, you must configure them. For this, the existing service groups must be removed so that you can then add your services:

Once you have completed these steps, you can proceed and transfer the appointments to the calendar. For this, it may be necessary to optimize various calendar settings to optimally map your process.
