See how many appointments were entered into the calendar online and on-site in a day and whether they are new or existing customers. This allows you, for example, to assess the effectiveness of your advertising measures.

Structure

You can design the structure of your receipts yourself.

Cash Register: Basic Settings

Set up the basic settings for your cash register here and determine how the cash register system and registered appointments behave.

You can access this area via Settings > Cash Register System > Basic Settings
If this function is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".

Service Groups: Accounting

You can specify in your cash register settings under "Accounting" that certain revenues are posted to separate revenue accounts. This allows you to differentiate in your daily closing statements or in your DATEV export between services and sales goods or female and male revenues.
However, if you also want to differentiate between individual service or product categories, you can set the accounting in the product groups.

Missing voucher, receipt or expense numbers

If you use the Belbo cash register system, you can record expenses and sell vouchers. These always have sequential numbers.

Cash Register: Ignored Services

If you want certain services not to appear in the checkout process, you can define them here.

Accounting Firm: Booking

In collaboration with your tax office, you can specify which revenue accounts should be used for posting your services and sales goods if you want to distinguish between them.

Invalid Cash Register Balance

If you receive a warning during a daily closing that the cash register balance is invalid, this is because you have modified daily closings in the past, which has changed the cash register balance. These changes are properly documented, but they result in the printouts of the daily closings in between containing an invalid cash register balance.

Custom Chart of Accounts

To correctly post your financial statements, the chart of accounts for your cash register system must be set up correctly. Your tax office can provide you with information about which chart of accounts you should use. In the Belbo cash register system, you have the chart of accounts SKR 03 and SKR 04 available.Read more →
