In Belbo you can import data so you don't have to enter it manually.
Appointment import
The appointment import is performed via the menu item "Import Appointments", accessible from the options field of the configuration.
The import process is carried out in two stages: First, you must enter all collected data in "comma-separated" format into the input field. This format can be generated from any common database (Excel, Access, other databases). The first line defines the type of information in the following lines.
Calendar view
The function serves to provide a clear display of various employee groups. The views are particularly well suited for very large teams or industries in which rooms, beds or equipment are to be blocked.
Strict Product Mode
You can create appointments in your calendar outside working hours or assign services to employees as an exception, even if these are not provided for in the competency settings of your service. This gives you some flexibility when entering appointments, but can also lead to errors in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Your calendar can warn you as soon as you enter an appointment that is not correctly entered with regard to the time or competency settings. To do this, you can activate the Strict Product Mode.
Gallery
The gallery images in Settings/Location Management/Images show the images that appear in the optionally bookable app. Here you can present many aspects of your business and give customers a comprehensive impression.
Reduce calendar columns
To reduce the calendar view, for example by closing days or absent employees, follow this procedure:
Duplicate Customer After Online Registration
In the customer overview, you can see all newly registered and entered customers in the "New Customers" field. You can see new registrations from the start and can remove them directly by clicking the "Delete" button and add the customer to your existing list with their email address. This way you avoid duplicate customers. With a simple OK, the customer is transferred to the master list.
Customer File
In every customer file you will find all important information about your customer. Here you can invite them to online booking, store information, prohibit online booking for this customer and much more.
Customer Management
In customer management, all your customers are listed. You can see the total number of customers and your customer groups – sorted by new customers and the various customer statuses.
