In this section you can view your contract documents and invoices, download your invoices and make SMS settings.

You can access this section via Settings > Account.

News

You can publish news that will appear on your online booking page as well as in your Belbo customer app.

You can access this area via Settings > Marketing Functions > News.

Customer fields

Customer fields are additional fields that you can create in every customer file card.
Basically, "Name", "First Name", "Email Address", "Customer Status" and "Phone" are already present in the customer file. If you also want to enter additional data such as "Address", "Birthday" or "Skin Type", you can create as many customer fields as you want.

Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Fields.

Weekly Team Templates

When you create weekly templates for your team, you can use them to quickly and easily create schedules for your team.

Courses

If you offer courses or workshops, you can create them in the Belbo calendar. Employees can view participants and add them, while customers can register for them in the online booking until the maximum number of participants is reached.

Import center

In Belbo you can import data so you don't have to enter it manually.

You can access this area via Settings > Import Center

Appointment import

The appointment import is performed via the menu item "Import Appointments", accessible from the options field of the configuration.

The import process is carried out in two stages: First, you must enter all collected data in "comma-separated" format into the input field. This format can be generated from any common database (Excel, Access, other databases). The first line defines the type of information in the following lines.

Strict Product Mode

You can create appointments in your calendar outside working hours or assign services to employees as an exception, even if these are not provided for in the competency settings of your service. This gives you some flexibility when entering appointments, but can also lead to errors in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Your calendar can warn you as soon as you enter an appointment that is not correctly entered with regard to the time or competency settings. To do this, you can activate the Strict Product Mode.

You can access this area via Settings > Calendar > Appointment Entry.

Gallery

Attention: This function is currently not supported.

The gallery images in Settings/Location Management/Images show the images that appear in the optionally bookable app. Here you can present many aspects of your business and give customers a comprehensive impression.
