Mark customers as children

If you offer services for children, you can configure customer records to be marked as "child".

If this data is maintained conscientiously, this can improve your barometer data, as children's revenue can be assigned more accurately.

Activate child mode

  1. Go to Settings > Cash register.
  2. Select the "Basic settings" tab.
  3. Activate the function "Allow customer records to be marked as children".

In the customer record, you can specify that this customer is a child.

Child mode in the cash register

In the checkout process, it is recognizable that this is a child. At this point, the customer record can also be opened and the value changed.

Child mode in the barometer

You can create a barometer group "Children" to which you assign the following property:

This way your children's revenue will be assigned more accurately and your employees will be prompted to enter the data correctly if necessary. Learn more about setting up the barometer here.

Employee: Dashboard

In the Dashboard you will find statistics on sales, working hours and absences of your employees based on the appointments entered in the calendar.
Attention: If you are using the Belbo cash register, please refer to the statistics of your cash register for exact sales figures! We explicitly recommend the Barometer function for this.

You can access this area via
Settings > Employees > Employee name > Dashboard.

First, select the desired time period for which you would like to view your data. You can select a start and end date for this.

Graphs and Details

Here you can see the total sales, sales per working hour and working time with the respective comparison period.
Further statistics provide information on the number and sales per service as well as the ratio of duration and sales per appointment.
Sales and number of services are further broken down under Details.

Appointment List

In the appointment list you can see all appointments of this employee for the selected time period.

Cash Register: Product Sales

Under product sales, you can view how many products your employees sold to customers within any selectable time period and receive an average value for product sales per appointment.

Statistics of Online New Customers

In the "Information" section, you can view statistics about your online bookings. In the Online New Customers section, you can see how your bookings are broken down by new customers/regular customer status.

You can access this section via Settings > Statistics & Reports

  1. The first statistic shows the total ratio between new customers and existing customers.
  2. The second pie chart shows the distribution of online bookings across individual employees.
  3. The timeline shows you how online bookings have developed over the last 30 days.
  4. Finally, in the bottom graph you can see how the distribution of new to regular customer bookings is for each employee.

Employee Utilization

See the workload of your employees. This is calculated from the entered working hours and the duration of all entered appointments.

You can access this area via Settings > Statistics & Reports

When you call up this statistic, the period of the last seven days is always displayed for all employees. This allows you to see the workload of your entire team for the recent past at a glance.

In the header area of the statistic you will find filters with which you can narrow down the viewing period as well as the displayed employee.
