Employee: Dashboard

In the Dashboard you will find statistics on sales, working hours and absences of your employees based on the appointments entered in the calendar.
Attention: If you are using the Belbo cash register, please refer to the statistics of your cash register for exact sales figures! We explicitly recommend the Barometer function for this.

You can access this area via
Settings > Employees > Employee name > Dashboard.

Checkout: Product Sales

Under product sales you can view how many products your employees sold to customers within a freely selectable time period and receive an average value for product sales per appointment.

Statistics of Online New Customers

In the "Information" section, you can view statistics about your online bookings. In the Online New Customers section, you can see how your bookings are categorized by new customers/regular customer status.

Employee Utilization

See the workload of your employees. This is calculated from the entered working hours and the duration of all entered appointments.

In the Statistics & Reports section, you will find statistics on online bookings, your services and staff utilization, as well as reports on your employees' working hours, which you can download in Excel or as PDF.
