You can create an online voucher shop with Belbo, allowing your customers to purchase and pay for vouchers online. This way you generate additional revenue and provide your customers with added value.

Data Security

With the Belbo calendar, you have the opportunity to comprehensively document your business processes so that, for example, in the event of a tax audit, you can fully present the required documents.

Cashier: Cashier Services

If you offer service packages that have different prices depending on the selected components, you can design the checkout process accordingly comfortably.

Application example:
You offer the package "Coloration + Care + Cut". Depending on how much color was used or whether premium care was used, the prices of the individual components change and thus the final price of the package to be paid.

You can access this area via Settings > Checkout Services
If this function is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".

Limit services to specific days of the week or times

You can specify that selected services can only be booked on certain days or at certain times.

Products

You can create products that you can sell in the checkout process. With the help of inventory management, you can keep track of your inventory and can send orders to suppliers.

You can access this area via Settings > Services > Products.

Confirmation texts

You can access this section via Settings > Appointment Confirmations & Reminders.

Confirmation texts are sent as soon as you save an appointment in the calendar or your customer has booked an appointment online. The confirmation summarizes the booked appointment and gives your customer assurance that they have booked a binding appointment. Confirmations can be sent via email and SMS. Email confirmations are always included free of charge in your Belbo calendar, while sending SMS messages incurs costs according to the package you have booked.

Appointment Follow-up

With the settings in appointment follow-up, you have the option to automatically add blocking times at the end of an appointment. These are blocked in terms of time and prevent a direct follow-up appointment. The goal could be:

Recovery time for employees
Recovery time for customers
Cleaning of rooms

API Interfaces

You can integrate Belbo with other software products in various ways. In addition to ready-made integrations that you can simply activate from the feature list, such as calendar synchronization with Google, you can also programmatically create bookings and query data.

Voucher import

If you have issued vouchers that have not been recorded in the Belbo voucher management system, you can import them. This may be necessary, for example, if you sold vouchers before you started working with the Belbo calendar.

Direct Debit Authorization

If you would like to grant Belbo Business Software GmbH a direct debit mandate, you are welcome to do so. This authorization can be revoked at any time.
