Online vouchers / discounts

You can set up voucher codes yourself, which your customers can then use to redeem in the online booking. For example, you can launch seasonal promotions and advertise them with marketing measures.

You can access this area via Settings > Vouchers > Discounts
If this function is not activated, it can be activated via "Add function".

Voucher Status

In the Voucher Status tab, you can view the total value of vouchers issued and how much of it has already been redeemed.

Create and edit voucher templates

To sell vouchers in the checkout process or to manually enter them in the voucher overview, first create voucher templates.

You can access this area via Settings > Prices & Services > Vouchers.
If this function is not activated, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".

Online payment with Stripe

Your online payment settings can be found under Settings > Online Payment.

With Stripe, you can accept online payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, Klarna and SEPA direct debit.

Voucher Shop

With Belbo, you can create an online gift certificate shop so your customers can buy and pay for gift certificates online. This way you generate additional revenue and offer your customers great added value.

Data Security

With the Belbo calendar, you have the opportunity to comprehensively document your business processes so that, for example, in the event of a tax audit, you can fully present the required documents.

Cashier: Cashier Services

If you offer service packages that have different prices depending on the selected components, you can design the checkout process accordingly comfortably.

Application example:
You offer the package "Coloration + Care + Cut". Depending on how much color was used or whether premium care was used, the prices of the individual components change and thus the final price of the package to be paid.

Limit services to specific days of the week or times

You can specify that selected services can only be booked on certain days or at certain times.

Products

You can create products that you can sell in the checkout process. With the help of inventory management, you can keep track of your inventory and can send orders to suppliers.

You can access this area via Settings > Services > Products.

Confirmation texts

You can reach this area via Settings > Appointment Confirmations & Reminders.

Confirmation texts are sent as soon as you save an appointment in the calendar or your customer has booked an appointment online. The confirmation summarizes the booked appointment and your customer is assured of having booked a binding appointment. Confirmations can be sent via email and SMS. Email confirmations are always included free of charge in your Belbo calendar, sending SMS messages incurs costs according to the package you have booked.
