In the voucher module you will find an overview of vouchers that have already been created or sold. If you use the cash register, you will find all vouchers sold via the cash register here.

Before using the voucher module

To manage your vouchers in the Belbo calendar, please first activate this function under "Settings" in the search field. Once activated, you can access the voucher module via the main navigation:

Creating vouchers

After creating voucher templates, you can create new vouchers. If you use the Belbo cash register, vouchers are sold via the cash register and not created manually! In this case, you will not find a corresponding button in the voucher module.

If you are not using the cash register system and still do not see a button, the cash register is probably still activated.

If you do not use the Belbo cash register system, you can manually enter your issued vouchers to keep track of your vouchers.

1. Click on Vouchers in the top right of the calendar.
2. Click on + Create voucher and select a template.
3. If necessary, change the issue date and set the voucher value.
4. Save the voucher and write down the specified number on the customer voucher.

Issuing paper vouchers to your customers

If you already have paper voucher templates, note the number that is generated when creating it on the voucher you give to the customer. This way you can see exactly in the voucher overview when and if it was redeemed or partially redeemed and how much of the voucher value may still be remaining. If you would like to print your vouchers yourself, you can upload a PDF template in each voucher template. You can download a sample template here. Redeeming vouchers

If you do not use the Belbo cash register system, you can record a voucher redemption in the voucher module.

1. Click on Vouchers in the top right of the calendar.
2. Select the voucher that the customer wants to redeem. You can also find it using the search field by entering the voucher number.
3. Click on + Redemption and add the value that is being redeemed. This can also be a partial redemption.
4. After saving, you will see the total value of the voucher as well as the amount already redeemed.

Voucher number prefix

In the voucher settings you can set an abbreviation that is prefixed to your voucher numbers. This can be the current year or the initials of your company.

To sell vouchers in the checkout process or to manually enter them in the voucher overview, first create voucher templates.

Create new voucher templates

All vouchers are organized into clear voucher groups. If you haven't created a voucher group yet, first create a group using the + New Voucher Group button.
Then create a voucher template. You can either set up voucher templates for all frequently used voucher types ("50€ voucher", "100€ voucher", etc.) or create a template with a frequently used value that can be adjusted to the actual voucher value in each checkout process.

If you want to create a new voucher group to properly organize different voucher types, use the "New Voucher Group" button at the end of the overview list.

If you haven't created any vouchers yet, you can create new voucher groups in the voucher dialog.
