Automatic goods consumption

Using the "Automatic Inventory Consumption" feature, you can set up a specific service to automatically consume an associated product. The product inventory is then automatically adjusted when the service is charged.

Refund for online paid appointments

If you offer online payment, customers can pay for your appointments online. If an appointment is cancelled within the cancellation period, the deposit must be refunded. You can decide for yourself whether this should happen automatically or not.

You can access this area via Settings > Online Payment. If this function is not activated, it can be activated via "Add function".

Employee vacation times

With Belbo you can easily keep track of vacation times.

Create shortage invoice

If a person does not appear at the scheduled appointment and you would like to issue a cancellation invoice, you can do this in the Belbo cash register system.

Appointment status change to "Cancelled" - No Show

When an appointment is marked as "no show", you can send the customer an email with just one click using your own template.

You can access this area via Settings > Appointment Confirmations & Reminders > Emails > No Show Email.

Card payments with SumUp

Please note that currently only SumUp Solo can be connected.
SumUp Light does not have the required interface.

mPOP Installation with Official Driver (macOS)

If you want to use the mPOP cash register with the official driver, here is the instructions:

Send customer questionnaires as direct message via email

With the Customer Questionnaires function, customers can fill in certain data themselves. For example, they can be filled out and signed directly on-site on an iPad. If you would like to send the questionnaires via email to specific customers, proceed as described here.

Cost Estimate

Cost estimate: A new customer field type "Multiple Products" allows you to store services & products in the customer file, which can also be sent by email. Users without a Belbo cash register system can also use this function.

Upload receipts for cash expenses

For each expense, you can now upload a PDF, image or similar to have the original receipts for the expenses readily available.

To do this, go to your cash register module under Expenses, create a corresponding expense, and then you can add your receipt by clicking the Add Document button.
