Receipt Issuance Obligation from January 1, 2020 (Germany)

As of January 1, 2020, the receipt issuance requirement (colloquially also known as "receipt requirement") comes into force in Germany. Learn here how you as a Belbo user can comply with this obligation and what you need to pay attention to.

Color Formulas in belbo

In the hair salon, individual color formulas can be created for each customer so that the formulas already used can be looked up during a later visit by the customer.

Ingenico EC devices manual

This guide explains how to prepare an Ingenico EC device (older models from the iCT and iWL series) for direct connection to Belbo. The settings are configured once directly on the device.

Landing Pages

Create landing pages with specific offers that you can use for your marketing campaigns.

Use case:
You want to target new customers specifically and are planning a campaign on social media. The new customers you address should be able to book some selected services at a particularly attractive price. Existing customers should continue to use the normal booking process with the full prices.

A-4 Invoices for Your Customers

In addition to cash receipts, you can also create A4 invoices with Belbo, which you can send to your customers by email or print out and hand to them.

Advanced Customer File

You can customize your customer records in Belbo in many ways to suit your needs. You can create additional fields or tabs to store any definable customer data you want.

Lock customers

Prevent unwanted customers from booking appointments online.

You can access this area via Settings > Block customers If this function is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add function".

Online Booking URL

You can create your own booking link for each service you set up in Belbo. This service can then be booked directly. When a customer clicks on the link, they land in the part of the online booking where they only need to select the date and time for this service and are not confronted with any other services.
