The Belbo Head Office allows owners of companies with multiple locations to have an overview of all sites.
Requirements
Most of the data you see in the Head Office can also be viewed in the individual locations. However, the Head Office gives you the ability to see certain data at a glance and compare your locations. To use the Head Office, the following conditions must be met in your calendar:
- You have at least two locations in a single Belbo account.
- The "Locations and Branches" function is activated in your calendar.
- Your login has the Head Office right.
- For many of the Head Office functions, it makes sense to also use the Belbo Cash Register System.
Using the Head Office
Once your login has the Head Office right, you can access it from your Belbo Calendar. You will find the Head Office in the top left navigation when you click on the location name.

Head Office Right
In the Head Office, you get an overview of financial and customer data from all locations where you have set the "Head Office" right. You can also grant this right to selected employees. Your employees will then only see data from the locations where you have granted them this right. This is useful for giving managers or salon managers an overview of branches in their area of responsibility; other branches cannot be seen by these employees.

Head Office Functions
The Head Office is divided into various sections.
Overview
In the overview, you see the sales of all locations, divided by calendar months and years. The data shown here is taken from your daily closings. By clicking on the sales figure, a DATEV export for your accounting can be downloaded.

Employee Sales
Here you will find an overview of your employees' sales at all locations, divided by service and product sales. This view is also divided into calendar months and years.
Customer Loss
You can download a customer loss analysis for each location. You will also find these in the statistics and reports of each location.
Customer Search
Here you can enter a customer name to see which location a customer is registered at. This is useful if you have a central hotline or email address for all branches. This way you can search across locations for a specific customer name and see which location or locations the customer has already had appointments at and which location their inquiry concerns.
Voucher Redemptions
If you allow cross-location voucher redemption, you can see here which vouchers were purchased by your customers in one branch but redeemed in another branch. This way you can instruct your accounting to transfer sales from one branch to another if necessary.

Campaigns
In your campaigns overview, you will find an overview of your vouchers and discounts. The selection lists all vouchers and campaigns that were sold. After you have selected an item, you will see the redemptions in a table organized by location. This allows you to assess the success of seasonal marketing campaigns.
Master Data
Here you see an overview of all locations and their addresses.
