Logins with this right can create entries that appear in the DATEV export but should not affect the cash book. With manual entries, you can create opening entries to set, for example, the initial cash register balance.

Law: Delete Daily Closings

With this right, a daily closing can be deleted and recreated retroactively. Attention for users in Germany: Any retroactive change constitutes a violation of GoBD. Users without this right will receive an error message when attempting to delete.

Support via AnyDesk – macOS

So that Belbo Support can see your screen and take over your mouse and keyboard if needed, AnyDesk is used. The setup takes about 5 minutes – the most difficult part is granting macOS permissions.

Cash Register Law: View Past Daily Closings

This right allows the creation of daily closings. If only this right is set, only the current daily closing will always be displayed.

POS Law: Create legacy vouchers

Using this right, missing vouchers can be entered in the payment step of the checkout process that were not sold via Belbo. For this, the option "Allow redemption of legacy vouchers" in the voucher module must also be active.

The "Cancel" button for a completed cash register transaction is only visible with this right.

With this right, logins in the checkout process can manually change prices of stored services and products. The price is clickable and editable in the checkout process. Without this right, a price change is only possible if discount templates are stored.
