You can create an online voucher shop with Belbo, allowing your customers to purchase and pay for vouchers online. This way you generate additional revenue and provide your customers with added value.
Requirements for the Online Voucher Shop
The following settings are required to use the Belbo voucher shop:
- The voucher module is active. On the Settings page, you will see the "Vouchers & Discounts" function. If the function is not active, you can activate it under Settings > Add Function.
- The vouchers to be sold have been created. When the "Vouchers" function is active, you can create your voucher templates under Settings > Prices & Competencies > Vouchers.
- Your online payment is fully set up. An active Stripe or PayPal merchant account is configured under Settings > Online Payment.
Example of a voucher shop:

Set Up the Voucher Shop
Activate the voucher shop under "Settings" by typing "voucher shop" in the search field at the top of the page or by clicking the "Add Function" button.
Choose a voucher template or upload your own: Customize Voucher Design
When a voucher is sold, a voucher sales email is sent. You can customize this under Settings » Voucher Shop » Confirmation Email and add text. Describe any special features of the voucher here (redemption period, etc.).
Your voucher shop is now accessible at:https://<YourCustomerAccount>.belbo.com/vouchers
Once all steps are completed, it is recommended to test the voucher shop. You can do this by going to your online booking and adding "/vouchers" to the URL. The voucher shop is also always visible in the navigation for logged-in customers.
Voucher Price Levels
Create any voucher tiering for multi-purpose vouchers by entering multiple prices here:
