Satellite on Windows

Here you will learn how to install Belbo Satellite on a Windows computer and connect it to Belbo. If you are using Mac, please read this article.

Installation

Double-click the downloaded file to open it. When you run the installation, a warning appears stating that the file is "not safe". This is because Belbo is still an unknown publisher to Windows. Click "More information" here and then "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation.

During installation, you don't need to confirm anything. The installation is complete when Windows asks whether the Belbo Business application should have access to the internet. Select "Allow access" here.

After successful installation, a Belbo icon appears in the lower right corner next to your computer's clock display. This symbol may be hidden behind the "up arrow" next to the clock. Right-click on it and enable the autostart option so that Satellite remains active even after a computer restart.

We recommend Google Chrome browser for Belbo. Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox also work.
