Satellite under Windows

Here you will learn how to install the Belbo Satellite on a Windows computer and connect it with Belbo. If you are using Mac, please read this article.

Double-click on the downloaded file to open it. When running the installation, a warning will appear indicating that the file is "not safe". This is because Belbo is still an unknown publisher for Windows. Click on "More information" and then "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation.

During installation, you do not need to confirm anything. The installation is complete when Windows asks whether the Belbo Business application should be allowed to access the Internet. Select "Allow access" here.

After successful installation, a Belbo icon will appear at the bottom right next to your computer's clock display. This icon may be hidden behind the "up arrow" next to the clock. Right-click on it and enable the Autostart option so that the Satellite remains active even after restarting your computer.

We recommend the Google Chrome browser for Belbo. Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox also work.
