Rights: Customer Database

You can access this area via Settings > Employees > Permissions

With this permission, logins can browse the customer database and perform exports.

Logins that do not have this permission will not see any customer files or export options in the customer overview.

However, you can still use the search function in the customer overview to search for specific customers and open their files. When entering appointments in the calendar, customer files can be found and assigned to the appointment. Opening customer files from existing appointments is also still possible.
