If you want to enter regular setup times in the schedule for employees who are present but not available for customers to book online, use events.
Example use case:
Your employees start at nine in the morning, but first need to spend 15 minutes preparing and cannot yet receive customers. These preparation times can be entered in the schedule and easily carried forward in the shift plans.
Alternative approach: Instead of entering the preparation time permanently in the schedule, you can also automatically assign a
preparation time to appointments and services. This is blocked directly before the respective appointment without you having to manually maintain events for it.
