Belbo-Box Setup and Troubleshooting

If you have already received a Belbo Box, the following points must be checked:

  1. Access the page http://belbo-box.fritz.box. If no page appears here, please check:
    • Is the Belbo Box connected to the Fritz Box via LAN cable? This means the LAN cable in the Belbo Box must be in the WAN connection and in the Fritz Box in one of the free LAN1 - LAN4 connections.
    • Is the computer from which you are accessing the page in the same network (usually the same WLAN)?
  2. Check that all 3 statuses in the top right are green.
    • If not everything is green here, please click on the red crosses and follow the corresponding instructions.
    • Is the correct phone number stored in the location? Check whether the expected phone number is stored in the location address in the Belbo Calendar. Otherwise, you can see in the settings area the calls that were registered but not displayed in the system due to the unexpected phone number.
    • Check the last "Beat" in the Belbo Box settings. This beat should be updated every 15 minutes if everything is working properly

If you have problems activating the call monitor via the phone number "#96*5*", please check whether your Gigaset phone is set to pulse dialing. Otherwise, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings option in the phone
  2. Open the "Telephony" section and then "Dialing Mode".
  3. Use the "Pulse Dialing".
  4. Activate the Call Monitor via #96*5* again.
