Find your own online booking URL
Your calendar's online booking can be found under a very similar link to your calendar.
Your calendar URL looks approximately like this, where the middle part is your company name:

Booking with prior login
This is suitable if customers should not see your services and possibly available appointments before logging in. The URL you can use for linking is:
So the calendar URL up to and including .com.
Booking without prior login
This is suitable if your customers are allowed to select the desired services and possibly a preferred appointment and only then need to log in or enter their data. The URL you can use for linking is:
So the calendar URL with /termin instead of /office.
Under Settings > Online booking you can specify whether the customer is prompted to log in or only to enter data (name, gender, email address, mobile number) after selecting the service.
Integrate booking link into your website
Depending on which system your online booking is based on, there are different ways to link the booking. We recommend one or more of the following options:
- Own menu item, for example "Book appointment" in the main menu, which points to the online booking page as a link target.
- Button in the sidebar or footer of the website.
- Button on the contact page – in context with or instead of the phone number.
- Link on the page where you present your services.
If your website manager does not offer their own buttons for integration, you can create your own graphics here which you can embed.
Integrate booking directly (not recommended!)
If you wish, you can also integrate the online booking page into your website.
Please note that this should be done by your webmaster, as only professional integration ensures functionality.
