When an appointment is marked as "no show", you can send an email to the customer with just one click using your own template.
For example, inform the customer that an invoice may follow or that they should contact you to provide a reason for their no-show.
This makes it easier for your staff to contact the customer to collect any no-show fees without sending an invoice directly.
The email template can be edited in the Settings > Appointment Confirmations and Reminders area:
