If you have multilingual customers, you can add additional languages for online booking and the messages your customers receive.
You can access this area via Settings > Multilingual
If this feature is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".

Add languages
Once you have enabled multilingual support, you can add the desired language. Afterwards, you can use the selected language for numerous functions:
Set language in online booking
As soon as a language is enabled, your customers can select which language they speak in the online booking. Afterwards, all texts will be displayed in the desired language.
Important: You must first set the texts under
Settings > Online Booking.

Set language in your services
So that your customers find the correct appointment in online booking, the names of your services must also be understandable. You can edit your services under
Settings > Prices & Competencies. After clicking on the desired service, you will find the option to translate the name and description.

Set language in customer messages
Confirmation and reminder messages to your customers can also be written in multiple languages. You can do this under
Settings > Customers > Edit Reminder Texts.
