Prices and Services: Settings

In the settings for prices and services, you can make basic settings.

You can access this area via Settings > Prices & Services > Options.

Sorting
Sort services and products in the overview alphabetically.

Courses
If you want to offer courses that a certain number of your customers can book online, activate this field. In addition to services and products, you will receive a course overview.

Course type
If you offer courses but want to call them something else, you can change the designation. Example: "Workshops", "Training sessions" etc. In the online booking, customers will then be offered these designations.

Customer-specific times
If you activate this field, you can set exceptions for your services in each customer file.
Detailed information on setting exceptions can be found here.

Application example:
For customer Maria Sommer, you need a bit longer for the service Ladies' haircut due to her very long, thick hair. You can specify the time deviation in the customer file so that future appointments are always a bit longer.

Different employees
If you offer complex, multi-step services, you can specify how many employees these appointments can be distributed to at most.
