Cashier: Cashier Services

If you offer service packages that have different prices depending on the selected components, you can design the checkout process accordingly comfortably.

Application example:
You offer the package "Coloration + Care + Cut". Depending on how much color was used or whether premium care was used, the prices of the individual components change and thus the final price of the package to be paid.
You can access this area via Settings > Checkout Services
If this function is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add Function".

Checkout process with checkout services:

Purpose of the checkout service

You can assign any number of checkout services to each of your services. Through this link, the cashier employee has the option to select between the possible components during the checkout process to determine the correct payment price.
During checkout, buttons are offered for each service component, under which the employee can conveniently select the services used.

This way you can offer your customers simple selectable service packages in online booking, which can then be divided into individual sub-services during checkout.

Working with checkout services

Creating checkout services
Once you have enabled checkout services under Settings > Add Function, you can begin creating checkout services.

Under Settings > Prices and Skills > Checkout, you can first create the main categories of your checkout services to make it easier to assign them to individual main services later.

Assigning checkout services
To display the checkout services during checkout, they must first be linked with the desired service. This is done in the "Service Link" tab.

Select the service to which you want to assign your checkout services and go to "Checkout Assignment" under "Price". Here you can first create checkout service groups. For the package "Coloration + Care + Cut", "Coloration", "Care" and "Cut" would be suitable groups. After that, you can assign individual checkout services to the groups, which you can select from the already created checkout services.

Default selection
If there are very likely selection options, you can mark them as "Default selection". These checkout services will then be automatically selected during checkout. Only if the service actually used is different in individual cases does the employee need to change it.

Application example:
Within the package "Coloration + Care + Cut", "normal care" is used in 90% of cases, for which "Default selection" was therefore selected. The employee does not have to click on it separately during checkout. Only if the customer uses "Deluxe Care" does the corresponding checkout service need to be selected.
