Manage service packages

By selling service packages, you increase customer loyalty and reduce the risk of customer loss. We support you in the processes of creating, selling, and documenting packages. The service package function is fully compatible with the cash register system.



Possible use cases include, for example:

  • Creation of package drafts that can be customized individually.

  • Creation of predefined service packages that employees can sell with one click and are documented in the customer file.

  • Sale of a certain number of specific services at a fixed price: 6x hair removal.

  • For large package prices, we recommend collecting a deposit. This can also be defined.

  • Schedule all appointments in this series in advance.

  • Advanced: Create an installment plan that you can collect monthly via direct debit.

How it works

After activating the function, you will receive 2 views:

  1. Service packages: Here you get an overview of all service packages that are currently being sold or have already been sold. You can also create new service package offers here.

  2. Service package templates: Create packages that can be selected directly in the sales process.

Service packages

After activation, you can start selling packages directly. You can start service packages in the following places:

  1. From the Service package function: On the "Service packages" tab, click "+Service package" at the top. Here you must select a customer and a package template. Note: You cannot select a new customer here, but must select an existing customer.

  2. From the Customer file: Open a customer file and select "Service packages" on the left. After clicking "+Service package", you can select the template and save it directly.

  3. From the Checkout process: Click "+Packages" to select a template.

Service package templates

If you always sell individual packages, you do not need to consider the service package templates further. You can leave all default settings and use the function in its full scope directly. However, for better evaluation, we recommend using templates whose names allow conclusions about the content, for example: "Hair removal", "Cryolipolysis", etc.

In this view you create and edit your service package templates. After entering a name and a category, you can edit this package in detail. Click on the Services tab to do this.

There you can enter a specific service and a quantity that should be included in this package. The total price of the package is recalculated each time the services are edited. If your package is to be created individually, you can simply leave this section empty.

If you have already sold packages that result from an existing template, changes to the template will no longer affect the existing packages. Only newly created packages will adopt the current template.
