To reduce the calendar view, for example by closing days or absent employees, proceed as follows:
- In the navigation bar "Calendar", click on the small triangle to access "Calendar Settings".
- Under the "Calendar Properties" section, you will find "Column Properties" at the bottom.
- Check the box "Reduce calendar columns when no appointments or working hours are entered".
- Additionally, there is an option to hide employees who are not entered in the duty schedule. To do this, select "Hide absent employees" by clicking on it.
- Confirm your entries by clicking the "Save" button.
