Conduct Inventory

For your annual financial statement, you usually need your current inventory value. To calculate this, you can perform an inventory count in Belbo.

You can access this area via Settings > Inventory If this function is not enabled, it can be activated via "Settings > Add function".

Use case: The end of the year is approaching and you want to get an overview of your inventory.

Create Inventory

1. Start an inventory count by clicking on "+Inventory" and select a meaningful description. e.g. "Inventory 2022"

2. Then click "Continue Counting" to begin the inventory. You can then choose whether all products should be counted, or for example only a specific product group.

3. Now proceed to the first displayed product: Count the available stock on the shelf and enter this in the "Stock" column (1). Then confirm by clicking "Save" (2). If your counted quantity matches the quantity stored in the system, clicking "Save" is sufficient.
