In the employee file, you can view and change all essential data of an employee.
In the settings you can define employee image, name and gender. In addition, there are other settings:
- Calendar Color: Define the color of this employee’s working hours in the calendar
- Employee role: Assign a suitable role to associate the employee with calendar groups or competencies
- Additional information: Information about this employee that can be displayed to the customer in reminder and confirmation emails
- Planned Hours and Annual Leave: Record here the contracted times so you can always check.
- Hide in Calendar: Hides the employee from the calendar without deleting the profile
- Save personal calendar view: Shows a fixed view that may differ from the basic settings. A detailed description can be found here.
